Amy wearing my Uggs

Amy wearing my Uggs

Amy will be 3 years old in December, but boy does she have an attitude on her! Not an attitude that makes her a horrible little girl but she knows exactly what she wants (or doesn’t want).

She also knows how to speak her mind. Plus she’s not afraid to tell Luke (who is well over 4 years old) where to get off when he irritates her.

I know exactly where she gets it from. Amy comes from a long line of hardcore women. And proudly so.

Who knows, maybe little Amy will soften as she gets older but I doubt it. Especially when she tells Luke to “stop crying like a baby”. At least I know she won’t let anyone walk all over her. :)

Do your toddlers have huge personalities already? What do they get up to? Tell me, I want to know.

Also, have you guys seen this story about Bumbo recalling 4.6 million of their seats due to reports of skull fractures? Pretty crazy!

And lastly, here’s a funny photo of Luke eating a GIANT scone. The kid loves scones.

  1. Beautiful pics, you have gorgeous kids!

That bumbo thing confounds me… if parents would just NOT put their kids in the seat on a raised surface, these falls and injuries wouldn’t happen. And adding a seatbelt to it? Won’t help either, the child will still lean forward, topple over and the seat will just go down with them!! Honestly, the product isn’t faulty, its the stupid parents that are faulty!!

Sorry I feel strongly toward this… those injuries are because of the dumb parents…

    • Thank you! They aren’t mine though, I’m just the aunt. ;)

I hear you on all those Bumbo issues. It’s definitely a case of irresponsible parenting.

  2. Gosh they have grown! Tash had a huge personality when she was a toddler. It’s still there, she’s just a little more aware of herself now.
