So I finally bought a baby proof dog food container so that Frog would stop pulling the container over, getting the food and feeding Gandalf.
So what does she do today? Finds a way to pull the cat bowl off the scratching post, scatter Hills EVERYWHERE and proceed to pick one piece up at a time, crawl over to Gandalf, feed him that one piece, crawl back… pick up another piece, crawl back to Gandalf. All the while, I’m scrambling to pick up the pieces before she does and put them back in the bowl so that she doesn’t eat them too!

And Gandalf – well he was waiting at the edge of his mat, encouraging her to crawl faster. Seemed like something from Survivor – Frog 10001, mom 1

something evil this way comes. In this case its carpal tunnel that needs an operation….. but first I have to go and have some electrodes stuck to my arm to see if there are any other “blockages”. Dr mentioned that I probably should have come to see him sooner …. have a little bit of muscle atrophy in hand and there may be a bit of nerve damage. He says that occurs in about 2/100 patients but we will only know when he opens it up….

Frogs turn for the Dr tomorrow…

and in the meantime rushing around like a mad thing to try and organise our stall at the SPCA wiggle waggle on Sunday….. complete last minute decision…..

what made me think I could have 3 glasses of champagne and a glass of wine on a “school” night!

Talia started this headbanging when frustrated thing a while ago. Hubby and I were discussing it now and I said that it can’t be a learned experience as she has never seen either of us bang our heads on the floor. Now I didn’t … so it must be from Richards side. So we phoned the m-i-l and guess what – Richard banged his head too! She said when he was 2, he wouldn’t stop this and she had been trying to stop him, and eventually gave up and he just sat there banging his head. Eventually turned around and glared at her – as if it was her fault his head was sore!

My Frog started swimming lessons today. Looks like she’s going to be a natural – she took to the pool like a frog takes to the pond.

We have her orthopaed appt on Friday, going for her checkup. We’re still concerned that when she cruises she doesn’t put her right foot flat. That was her “worst” foot, so I hoping it is just a normal walking thing and not a clubfoot thing.

And I have my orthopaed appt on Thursday – finally going to get this carpal tunnel sorted out. One last remaining symptom from pregnancy.
